FAQ: How do buyers and sellers communicate?

Buyers that have questions about a creative sellers listing, experience, or proposed project can contact the seller via TeamBrander's on-platform messaging. Buyers can go the the listing page and click the Contact Me button to initiate a conversation with the seller.

In order for a seller to communicate with a buyer, an order needs to be placed via TeamBrander's on-platform messaging which will create a "conversation" thread between the buyer and seller. Sellers may also contact the buyer without an order being placed if the buyer contacts them first.

*Off platform communication between buyers and sellers is not allowed except for delivery of files that exceed TeamBrander file limits.
