FAQ: Should buyers communicate and work with freelancers off the TeamBrander platform?

No, this is not allowed. During sign up, the Terms of Service clearly states these activities are not allowed. For the safety of all users, all payments are made through TeamBrander on the order page, and buyers pay for orders in advance. 

In some cases, if a project's final deliverable file size exceeds TeamBrander messaging limits, buyers and creative sellers may use Google Drive or other cloud hosting options to deliver the zip files. 

Reminder: TeamBrander will not be able to assist if buyers pay freelancer outside the platform. If you are a buyer and are asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to our support team immediately.
