FAQ: Are there file size limits and how do buyers and sellers download files?
When you receive notifications via TeamBrander on-platform messaging, you have the option to download attached files from sellers and buyers. Buyers may provide photos for designs and sellers may share design concepts.
TeamBrander on-platform messaging has a limit of 50MB for attachments per order. The final deliverable that is uploaded by the seller and shared with the buyer as zip file has a limit of 2G per order.
If you experience issues downloading files to your computer, review your browser version to make sure it is current. Also, review browser extensions (i.e., additional features for your web browser) and check if you have any firewall or antivirus software that prevents downloads.
If you still have issues, be sure to clear your browser cache/cookies (i.e., temporary files in your browser) and verify if you have a pop-up blocker enabled. If enabled, disable it for TeamBrander.com.
Once you've verified all of these steps, go to your inbox and order page and click the file link provided in the delivery message. When you get your order's delivery, make sure to click the link to download the full file and not just copying the preview image.
