FAQ: How long does it take for sellers to get paid?
Buyers pay TeamBrander for orders in advance and funds are held in escrow until the order is approved and received by the buyer. After sellers have fulfill their order as described in their listing description and completed final deliverable files are delivered as a zip file, the buyer has 5 days to dispute the order or mark the order as received.
If the buyer does not take action, the system will automatically mark the order as received after 5 days. When the order is marked as received, after 24 hours, the system will create a payout for seller. The time for money to transfer from the marketplace Stripe account to the seller’s Stripe connected account is typically 2-7 business days.
