To create a strong password, choose a phrase or combination of words that are 8–16 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., "Coffee$123!Morning"). Avoid using common words or easily guessable patterns, and ensure your password is unique for each account.
Display name is what TeamBrander users will identify you by in the marketplace. To keep your personal information confidential and to ensure there is no conflict of interest between buyers and sellers, we recommend using a different name and image or avatar for your photo.
Email and phone number are not visible or shared with other users. Users cannot create multiple accounts with the same email.
Once a user creates an account, they need to confirm their email address. Users receive an email with a link to click and confirm their email address.
Once the user confirms their email address, they’re ready to choose Areas of Interest or expertise. The Areas of Interest or Expertise section allows buyers to highlight topics they’re interested in and gives creative sellers a way to showcase their skills. These selections are displayed as part of the user’s profile. Before using the platform, all users must review and agree to TeamBrander’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Once accepted, users can proceed with completing their profile. Setting up a profile includes uploading an image or photo, choosing a display name (which should not be a real name), and writing a bio. The Bio and About Me sections allow users to introduce themselves, describe their background, and provide additional details about their expertise, interests, or personal experiences. Together, these sections create a well-rounded profile that helps other users understand who they are and what they offer. Once the profile is saved, users can select View Profile to see all their information organized neatly.
A complete profile is especially important for creative sellers, as it helps buyers evaluate their offerings. The profile page conveniently displays all seller listings in one place, along with user reviews from buyers who have previously worked with them or purchased their digital products.
