How to create a listing (video)

In this article + video, we’ll guide creative sellers through the process of creating a listing. A listing includes all the key details of your freelance service or digital product—such as the title, description, features, and pricing.

Getting Started

From the main menu, click "Create a New Listing" at the top of the header.

You’ll then see two listing options:

  1. Freelance Product – For sellers offering freelance services like logo design, graphic design, or website creation.
  2. Digital Product – For sellers offering downloadable items like team planners or sponsorship forms.

For this example, we’ll select Freelance Product.

Setting Up Your Listing

After selecting your listing type, choose a category and subcategory from the dropdown menus. These help buyers find your listing. You can also add related tags to further describe your offering. All these elements—category, subcategory, title, and tags—are searchable and can help buyers filter their search results.

Creating Tiered Packages

As a creative seller, you can offer up to three package tiers:

  • Rookie: A basic, affordable option with limited features.
  • Pro: A mid-tier option offering more value, like additional concepts or revisions.
  • All-Star: A premium package with the most comprehensive services and features at a higher price point.

Offering three tiers is optional but allows you to cater to a broader range of buyers. If you choose to include multiple tiers, you’ll need to complete all required fields for each tier.

Pro Tip: To save time, consider copying and pasting descriptions and adjusting them slightly for each tier. This ensures consistency while highlighting what makes each tier unique. Clearly explain the specific features of each package—such as the number of concepts or revisions—so buyers can easily choose the best option for their needs and budget.

Adding Visuals

Next, upload photos, graphics, or designs that showcase your work. These visuals are critical—they give buyers a sense of the quality and style of your offerings.
Reminder: Only use assets you own the rights to in order to avoid compliance or legal issues.

Finalizing Your Listing

Once your listing is complete, save and publish it to TeamBrander. After posting, you can edit your listing anytime to update your services or respond to customer feedback.
