Credit card payments can be declined for a number of reasons. (1) make sure payment details have been entered correctly (2) confirm your credit/debit card is valid and not expired (3) make sure you have available funds on your card.

If issues still continue, check with your bank or try using a different credit card. If you still have payment issues, contact Customer Support.
