As part of our support, we may ask for a few things to confirm your identity, but we will not ask for:
(1) your password or sign-in credentials
(2) you to email us your password
(3) you to log into any other site than TeamBrander
(4) you to download and/or install an application.
If you receive such request or message from us, please disregard and contact our support team and never download or run the applications or open email attachments - these are probably fraudulent attempts or scams to get your information.
